Tiles United offer an extensive range of products, from Wall and Floor tiles to Outdoor tiles, ceramic and porcelain to small and large format, we also sell all ancillary products from adhesives and grouts to tools and trims. Along with all these tile related products we now sell all Bathroom products, Underfloor heating, Wetroom systems, Flooring and Heating products for your home.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash, all major Debit/Credit cards (excluding American Express), Bank transfers (account details available on request) and Business cheques (goods only released once payment is cleared).
All card payments are securely checked and stored to prevent fraud and protect our company and our customers.
Ordering / Delivery:
Orders can be placed verbally or by email, any changes made to the order must be made immediately and before the order is dispatched.
If you receive any goods ordered/delivered incorrectly or damaged, Tiles United will do everything in its power to correct the problem asap, any issues with such deliveries must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, charges may be incurred.
We deliver to every part of England, Scotland and Wales, some parts of London and Scotland will incur additional costs (price will be quoted upon ordering), we offer a home delivery service with a tail lift, next day deliveries and AM deliveries if required (price will be quoted upon ordering).
Any special instructions must be notified when placing your order and all deliveries must be signed for.
Our own drivers and our external delivery company’s drivers are only insured to deliver your goods to your house and are not insured to enter your premises.
Most of our deliveries will arrive on a wooden pallet and the driver will not brake down the pallet and hand ball your goods individually.
Breakages / shortages / Faulty goods / Incorrect goods supplied:
Any broken tiles, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied must be reported within 24 hours.
Tiles United will not be liable for any incorrect tiles supplied that have been fitted and all goods must be checked before installation commences.
Faulty goods to be reported once fault is discovered.
Tiles United will also not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred due to goods NOT being delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have all the goods in their possession and checked before their fitter commences any installation work.
Shading / Colour variation and Crazing:
Customers are encouraged to check all shading/batch numbers on the tile boxes before installation.
Tiles United will not be liable once the tiles are fitted.
Some tile ranges are already shaded and have a colour variation as part of its signature.
Different batches tend to be a different colour, so we always encourage our customers to order tiles all at the same time.
Tiles United does not guarantee against crazing.
Tiles United will only accept goods returned in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt, within 28 days of the purchase date and returned at the purchasers’ expense.
